Process

From resin
to bag.

Scroll to travel down the line, from weighing the raw materials to the 25 kg bag.

  1. 01

    Formulation

    Dosing the raw materials

PVC resin, plasticisers, stabilisers (tin, calcium-zinc or lead) and calcium carbonate from our own plant are weighed to your grade’s formula.

  2. 02

    Mixing

    Hot, then cooled

The hot mixer lets the resin absorb the additives; the cooler stabilises the dry blend before extrusion.

  3. 03

    Compounding

    Gelation in the extruder

The screw plasticises and homogenises the material at a controlled temperature. This is where the compound is made.

  4. 04

    Pelletising

    Cutting and cooling

At the die, the melt is cut into regular granules, then cooled and sieved to remove fines and agglomerates.

  5. 05

    Control

    The lab, every hour

Hardness, density, tensile strength, elongation and heat stability are measured to the ASTM and IEC methods listed on our datasheets.

  6. 06

    Bagging

25 kg bags, ready to ship

Every bag is weighed, labelled in French and Arabic, and shipped within 7 to 10 working days.

Frequently asked questions

Before you
order.

Do you send samples?

Yes. Tell us your application and target hardness: we prepare a sample for a trial in your own facility.

Which compounds do you make?

Flexible, semi-rigid and rigid compounds for six families: cables and wires, uPVC fittings and valves, profiles, flexible hoses, fridge and door gaskets, soles and footwear.

Can you adapt a formula to our specification?

Yes. Hardness, density, colour, stabiliser (tin, calcium-zinc or lead) or fire performance: we adjust the formula, then our lab validates every batch.

Where can I find the datasheets?

On our product pages: every grade has its own datasheet, which you can view online and print or save as PDF.

What are your lead times?

Orders ship within 7 to 10 working days, in 25 kg bags.

Which standards do you follow?

Our tests follow the ASTM and IEC methods listed on our datasheets (ASTM D2240, D792, D2863, IEC 811). Our compounds are formulated to the REACH, RoHS, SGS or UL requirements our customers ask for.
